Saw this played in an 8x Doppel Deck in order to trigger Forest of Survival.

Has a good use also at taking rid of the unwanted Cursed Ghosts on your field.

I see it as just a more situational version of Doppelganger. You can combine it with Necromancy, I guess, so that you can
1. Attack again with a strong creature on the same turn
2. Switch a strong creature from defense zone to attack zone (for one turn)
3. Play another Doppel on Stakeout to destroy a Necro'd creature after it attacks for a free 2/2
Basically, the card really shines when you can find a way to take advantage of its destroy effect, so decks that handle graveyards like Necromancy decks or Forest of Survival decks like Burkes pointed out could work well with it.
Two 2/2s is a lot better than a two 2/1s, and -1 creature can be better than -1 AP in certain situations. Still, regular Doppel is a lot more reliable, since it gives you a creature advantage, whereas DoppelS breaks even.

Forest of Survival works with this ?
I read somewhere on Carte forums that Forest of Survival doesn't trigger "When this creature is set into a creature zone..." cuz Forest of Survival moves a creature to a creature zone.
I never played Forest so I can't say for sure if that's true or not.

No, Lenes, you didn't understood. x_x
You put the gay doppel, and in the end of the opp turn use your forest on your gay doppel to destroy it and summon a beatiful Ivory Angel and get free 6 damage.
And you get 2 gay doppels so you can use 2 forest, or just wait for next turn. (When the Ivory dies, you will revive her again killing a gay doppel.)
